Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

BluePeak Digital Inc. ("BluePeak") provides B2B marketing services under monthly engagements. This policy explains how refund requests are handled.

1. Nature of services

Due to the nature of digital services — including labor, media management, creative production, and platform fees committed on behalf of clients — refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@bluepeakdigital.io within 14 days of the invoice date and include the relevant invoice reference and reason for the request.

3. Non-refundable items

Third-party media spend, platform fees, and completed deliverables are non-refundable. Setup fees and onboarding work performed prior to the request are non-refundable.
