1. Restricted industries
We do not work with adult, gambling, crypto speculation, or deceptive products. We do not provide services to clients engaged in money services, lending, investment products, MLM schemes, or any business activity prohibited by applicable law or by our payment providers.
2. Industries we serve
BluePeak Digital provides marketing services to established eCommerce brands operating in fashion, beauty, fitness, and consumer goods sectors.
3. Compliance with platforms
All advertising activity executed by BluePeak complies with the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms used to deliver campaigns. We do not engage in cloaking, deceptive creative, or policy evasion.
4. Right to decline
BluePeak reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement that conflicts with this policy or with applicable law.
