Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
1. Notice period
Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice sent to service@bluepeakdigital.io. The notice period begins on the date the cancellation email is received by BluePeak.
2. Final invoice
Services rendered during the notice period will be billed at the standard monthly rate. Any pre-paid amounts for periods beyond the notice window will be reconciled in a final invoice.
3. Handover
Upon cancellation, BluePeak will hand over reports, creative assets, and account access in accordance with the master service agreement.
