1. Service delivery

Services are delivered as campaign management, reporting, and strategy within agreed timelines. Specific deliverables, milestones, and reporting cadence are documented in the applicable statement of work.

2. Onboarding

New engagements typically begin within 5–10 business days of contract execution. Onboarding includes platform access, kickoff sessions, and an initial 30-day strategy plan.

3. Reporting

Performance reports are delivered weekly. A consolidated monthly review is provided at the end of each billing cycle.
